Living Spaces
The large Kitchen and Dining room is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and has everything you need to prepare a meal or snack. The dining table can extend to provide seating for all the family to make the kitchen the real hub of the house! There is a washing machine/drier and a separate Utility Room for laundry and storage.
Holly House has a comfortable Lounge with a three piece suite, wood burner stove, large flat screen TV and DVD Player. A selection of books, DVDs, and games are provided for your enjoyment.
The Sitting Room provides a nice room to sit and relax, watch a bit of TV, listen to some music using the wifi speaker or read in the comfortable armchair in front of the wood burner stove.
In addition to the wood burner stoves, there is electric heating throughout Holly House to keep you warm in the winter months!
Sleeping Accommodation
Holly House has sleeping accommodation for up to 9 people.
The Double Bedroom has an en-suite Shower Room & WC. There is a television and a hair dryer provided in this room.
The cosy Single Bedroom has under-bed storage for spare duvet covers and pillows should you require them.
The large Family Bedroom can sleep up to four people; As well as the double bed, there is a Day Bed which doubles as a couch. A television is also provided in this room.
Additional sleeping accommodation is provided in the Sitting Room where the cleverly designed corner sofa also easily converts in to a comfortable double bed,
All bed linen and towels are included.
